Union Jack Club case study
Union Jack Sarajevo is a snooker, pool, and darts pub. We built unionjack.club so guests book a table online — date, time, game, party size — and the desk runs the day on a live reservation board instead of phone tag.
The public site is dark green felt and red CTAs. The management panel is the product: daily overview, pending approvals, table timeline, members, and inquiries. Powered by CodeLoop in the footer, same as the other booking systems we ship.

Product overview
Guests land on a booking-led homepage: brza rezervacija sits next to the brand story. Staff open the management app for dnevni pregled — totals, active bookings, tables in use, cancellations — then approve or reject pending slots on a per-table timeline from open to close.
Challenge and goals
Pubs lose tables to “are you free at eight?” messages. Without a shared calendar, double-bookings and empty slots both hurt revenue.
We needed a web booking system that feels like the club — fast on mobile, honest about game type and party size — and an admin that shows every table for the selected day so the bar never guesses.

Technological aspects
A custom Next.js booking product: public reservation flow, authenticated club management (reservations, members, inquiries, settings), and a day-centric schedule UI with filters by status, game, and table. Cancellation rules and WhatsApp-friendly CTAs stay on the public surface.
