Case Study
Snooker BiH case study
Snooker organizacija BiH needed more than a static league page. We designed and built snooker.org.ba — a public brand for the national snooker scene and an admin system that runs clubs, players, rounds, matches, news, and media in one place.
Organisers schedule kola and track skorovi without spreadsheets. Players and clubs register online. Editors publish dešavanja and keep a media library that already holds hundreds of match photos. The footer credits CodeLoop because we own the product stack end to end.
Tools used:

Product overview
The public site carries the league story: hero campaigns, club partners, registration, and login. Behind it sits a content-and-league control panel — quick access to clubs, league players, rounds, matches, events, media, pending round applications, and site SEO settings — so the organisation runs the season from a browser instead of chat threads.
Challenge and goals
National leagues die in WhatsApp and Excel: club approvals, player profiles, round dates, and scores live in different places. Fans never see a site that matches the level of play.
The brief was a web system for sport scheduling and publishing: one admin for the season calendar, one public face for sponsors and fans, and room for a media library that grows every match night.

Target audience
- League organisers approving clubs and managing seasons in BiH.
- Players registering for the liga and checking profiles.
- Editors publishing news, events, and match photography.
- Fans and sponsors who need a credible national snooker website.
Technological aspects
A Next.js / Payload-style CMS product: authenticated admin for collections (clubs, players, rounds, matches, media, settings), public marketing pages with sponsor storytelling, and registration/login for the league community. Scheduling of kola and match phases is first-class data — not a bolted-on calendar widget.
Other screens
Catalog, product, and storefront views from the live desktop experience.

Live website
Public hero (desktop and mobile), league admin dashboard, and media CMS on snooker.org.ba.
Conclusion
Snooker BiH now has a national web platform that schedules the league and publishes it: admin for clubs and players, rounds and scores, news and media — live at snooker.org.ba with CodeLoop in the footer.
