Case Study
RogosNautica case study
RogosNautica maintains and prepares boats on the Croatian coast. We built rogosnautica.hr so owners request service online — antifouling, winter storage, repairs — and the yard runs users, vessels, and work orders from one admin.
The public site sells trust: certified service, 24h response, clear CTAs. The product is the scheduling and ops layer behind “Zatraži servis” — not a brochure with a phone number. Developed by CodeLoop, credited in the footer.

Product overview
Owners land on a service-led homepage and send a request or register. The admin dashboard shows users, vessels, services, and inquiries at a glance — pending work, unread messages, quick actions — so the team schedules antifouling and seasonal prep without losing threads in email.
Challenge and goals
Boat yards drown in seasonal spikes: antifouling weeks, winter storage, engine jobs. When every request is a call or Facebook message, nothing has a status.
We built a web system for service scheduling: public intake, vessel records, service statuses (pending / in progress / finished), and an inquiry inbox the yard can actually close.

Target audience
- Boat owners requesting maintenance and seasonal prep in Croatia.
- Yard staff tracking services across multiple vessels.
- Admins activating users and keeping the vessel register clean.
- Teams answering service inquiries without a shared inbox spreadsheet.
Technological aspects
A Next.js product with authenticated admin modules (users, vessels, services, inquiries, settings), public marketing and service-request flows, and dashboard metrics for pending work. Status labels on services make the schedule visible; email settings stay under the same roof.
Other screens
Catalog, product, and storefront views from the live desktop experience.

Live website
Public site (desktop and mobile), ops dashboard, services, and vessel registry on rogosnautica.hr.
Conclusion
RogosNautica now schedules boat work the way a yard needs: requests come in online, vessels and services have status, and the desk sees the queue. Live at rogosnautica.hr.
