Software House in Sarajevo: Owner, Demos, Code You Keep
CodeLoop Studio ·

A software house in Sarajevo is a named owner, weekly demos, and a repo you keep. It is not a slide deck of CVs with a city watermark, and it is not a body shop that swaps engineers mid-sprint without telling you. If you cannot name who answers on Friday, you hired a roster, not a house.
CodeLoop Studio is that house. We sit in Sarajevo. We build custom software, mobile apps, and sites for teams in BiH, the EU, the UK, and the US. The commercial page is custom software development. This article is how we differ from a staffing PDF.
House versus bench
A house owns the outcome: discovery, a vertical slice, QA, handover. A bench sells hours and hopes the client’s PM holds the product together. Both can be honest. Only one belongs on a “software house” search if you want a binary that ships.
We will staff a longer engagement when the product needs it. We will not pretend five logos on a slide are five people in this room. You talk to the people who write the code. Mobile work sits on custom mobile app development.
What you should be able to inspect
A product, not a mock. Koliko is bar inventory we designed and still operate. That is a house proof. A Dribbble shot is not.
Ownership. Source, accounts, stores. We do not hold the binary hostage. Rates and repo questions are also software development from Bosnia.
Written status. You can forward Friday’s note internally. Three months of silence is not craft. It is absence.
A freeze. Who uses it, what “done” means, what is out of scope. Custom CRM and ops tools start as custom CRM development when that is the job — not as a chatbot on the homepage.
Sarajevo is the address, not a slogan
We can say “in Sarajevo” because that is where the studio is. Other cities on this site are markets. We do not list a second office we do not staff. Kickoff is here or remote. CET overlap is the default with European buyers.
English for international work. Bosnian, Croatian, or Serbian when the users of the product speak that day to day. The interface language is a product choice, not a keyword.
How to start without a fictional headcount
Send the job the software must do next month, who is in the loop besides the screen, and a deadline. We reply within 24 hours with next steps — online estimate or contact. We will not invent a 40-person floor to win the RFP.
