Shipping to the App Store and Google Play from Sarajevo is the same checklist Apple and Google publish for everyone else. The difference is operational: who owns the developer accounts, who answers review questions in US morning hours, and whether the binary was actually tested on devices — not only simulators.

CodeLoop Studio launches native and cross-platform apps from Bosnia for clients in the US, UK, EU, and the region. Store delivery is part of native mobile app development, not an afterthought we invoice the week after “code complete.”

Accounts, legal, and who clicks Submit

Apple wants an organization Account Holder, agreements, and banking that match the company that will sell or distribute the app. Google Play has its own identity verification. We prefer the client to own both accounts. We work as Admin or App Manager so you keep the listing if the contract ends.

If you are a US or EU company hiring a Sarajevo studio, that split is a feature: your entity stays on the store, our team prepares the build, metadata, and privacy nutrition labels. We do not invent a New York or London office to make the listing look local.

What we actually prepare before review

  • Listings. Name, subtitle, screenshots per device class, preview video if it earns its file size, and a description that matches what the binary does — Apple rejects mismatch.

  • Privacy and permissions. Nutrition labels, Play Data safety, usage strings that explain camera or location in plain language, and a privacy policy URL that is live.

  • Review hygiene. Demo credentials, a notes field that tells the reviewer where to tap, and a build that does not crash on first launch on a clean device.

  • Signing. Certificates, provisioning, Play App Signing, and a version/build number scheme you can increment without a war room.

Timezone is a workflow, not a slogan

CET overlaps a full EU workday and the US morning. When Apple sends a rejection at 07:00 Eastern, we can usually read it the same calendar day and push a fix without waiting for “tomorrow in California.” That matters more than a fake local address on a contact page.

Typical studio products still take 3–9 months idea to launch. Store submission sits at the end of that window, with buffer for a review round. Health products, payments, and kids categories take longer in review — plan it, do not hope.

A shipped example, not a launch fantasy

LipoDIETA is a health and nutrition app we took through the full loop: product, dashboard, and store delivery. That is the bar we use when a new client asks “can you publish from Bosnia?” Yes. The account is yours; the checklist is ours.

If you are planning a first release, send the stack and target stores through the estimate form. We reply within 24 hours with whether native, Flutter, or React Native fits, and what store work is in the first slice — then talk through the Account Holder setup before anyone buys a distribution certificate in the wrong name.
