SD Nail Studio is a manicure studio in Sarajevo. We built sdnailstudio.ba so clients can pick a service, see a slot, and book without calling — the same job as a good front desk, on a phone.

The brand sits in dusty rose and ink, matching a silver-and-black salon mark rather than a generic booking theme. Hygiene, precision, and a calm schedule are the story; the site has to feel that way before anyone taps a time.

## Product overview

The site is a client-facing schedule: service selection, appointment slots, and a path that stays readable on a phone in a waiting room or on the tram. Owners get bookings in one place instead of messages scattered across apps.

## Challenge and goals

Nail studios lose time to “are you free Thursday?” threads. Prices and duration live in the artist’s head; the client cannot self-serve a french, a gel overlay, or a fill.

We aimed for a booking surface that is as precise as the work: clear services, honest duration, and a calendar that only offers times the studio can actually take.

## Target audience

* Clients booking manicure, gel, and nail-art appointments in Sarajevo.
* Returning guests who want a fill or a familiar set without calling.
* People sent a link from Instagram who need to finish a booking on the spot.
* The studio owner managing the day’s chair time from one schedule.

## Technological aspects

A web booking product: service catalogue, slot picker, and confirmation flow built for a single-chair studio. The UI stays light so a long service list does not turn into a brochure. The live site is the client-facing surface at sdnailstudio.ba.
