# Hiring a Web Agency in Europe — Without a Fake Address

Searching for a web agency in Europe often means CET hours and English — not a Brussels plaque on a studio that actually sits in Sarajevo.

Hiring a web agency in Europe often means you want CET hours, English, and a studio that will still answer after launch — not a Brussels or Berlin plaque on a team that actually sits somewhere else. CodeLoop Studio is in Sarajevo. The commercial page for that offer is [web agency for Europe](https://www.codeloop.ba/web-agency-europe). This article is the hiring essay: questions to ask before the MSA.

We build sites, landings, and shops. We do not cloak an H1 by IP. If you need a registered office in the buyer’s country, say so on the first mail. We are not that vendor. CET overlap still holds.

## Questions that separate a studio from a mailbox

Who owns the repo on day one? Whose name is on hosting and Search Console? Who demos on Friday if the lead is on leave? Can they name a shipped product, not a moodboard? A “Europe-wide presence” with no address you can visit is a marketing line. Ours is an address in Sarajevo plus remote delivery.

Rate is not the only number. A cheap build with no handover is expensive by month six. [Website development](https://www.codeloop.ba/website-development) and [ecommerce website development](https://www.codeloop.ba/ecommerce-website-development) are different contracts. Ask which one you are buying.

## What we put in writing

* **Origin.** Sarajevo. Other cities on this site are markets. Nordic-hour overlap is [a web agency for Scandinavian teams](https://www.codeloop.ba/blog/web-agency-scandinavia) — same studio, narrower hours-and-language note.
* **Language.** English for international work. We will not mix a Bosnian H1 into an English page to game a query.
* **Startups.** First URL, not forty vapour pages. [Web agency for startups](https://www.codeloop.ba/blog/web-agency-for-startups).
* **Proof.** [DigitalPlay](https://www.codeloop.ba/study-case/digitalplay) is a shop we built. We do not invent EU logos we did not ship.

## How delivery actually runs

Weekly demos, written status, accounts in your name. VAT and contracting: we invoice as a Bosnian studio. If your procurement cannot buy from outside the EU, that is a blocker we would rather hear in week one than month three.

We visit when a workshop or a warehouse walk-through is the only way to see the work. That visit is not a listed office in your city. The Berlin and London landings on this site say the same thing in the intro.
